Sweeny Toddy

A warm and comforting hot toddy that highlights the rich caramel and spice notes of Casa Azul Orgánico Añejo. Apple cider and warming spices make it perfect for cooler evenings.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Casa Azul Orgánico Tequila Añejo
• 1 oz apple cider
• .25 oz lemon juice
• .25 oz water
• 1 small canela stick
• 1 star anise

Method

1. Add all ingredients to a small pot.

2. Warm gently until steaming but not boiling.

3. Strain into a non-chilled Nick & Nora glass.

4. Garnish with a fresh canela stick.
