Jalisco Espresso
A bold and complex after-dinner cocktail that redefines the espresso martini. Casa Azul Orgánico Tequila Añejo is combined with bourbon, espresso liqueur, and Xocolatl mole bitters, creating a rich, velvety drink with warm spice and chocolate notes.
Ingredients
- 1 oz Casa Azul Orgánico Añejo or Reposado
- 1 oz bourbon
- 1 oz espresso liqueur
- 2 dashes xocolatl mole bitters
Method
1. Add all ingredients to mixing glass and fill with ice.
2. Stir until liquid is sufficiently chilled and diluted.
3. Strain into chilled martini glass.
4. Garnish with chocolate shavings.
