Our agave plants are grown on a single estate near the distillery itself, thriving on the mineral-rich, dark volcanic soil of the Lowlands.

After fermenting, the tequila is twice distilled in pot stills then rested for two months, allowing it to aerate naturally for a smoother, softer profile before aging.
