Invierno Sour

A cozy winter cocktail showcasing the baked agave and dark chocolate notes of Casa Azul Orgánico Tequila Añejo. Cranberry, cinnamon, and egg white add a warming, frothy finish.

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz Casa Azul Orgánico Tequila Añejo
  • .75 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • .5 oz Cranberry Juice
  • .25 oz Cinnamon Syrup
  • .75 oz Egg White
  • 1 pinch Salt

Method

1. Add all ingredients to cocktail tin (without ice).

2. Seal tins and dry shake until egg is emulsified (~30 sec).

3. Add ice to tin and handshake until tins are frosty cold.

4. Fine strain into rocks glass over fresh ice.

5. Garnish with grated cinnamon.
