Final Destination

A luxurious Last Word variation with herbal, citrus, and smoky complexity. The egg white creates a silky texture while bitters add a beautiful aromatic finish.

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Casa Azul Orgánico Tequila Reposado
• 1 oz lemon juice
• 1 oz Maraschino Liqueur
• 1 oz Xtabentún liqueur
• .5 oz mezcal rinse
• 1 egg white

Method

1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail tin and dry shake.

2. Add ice and shake again until chilled.

3. Double strain into a chilled coupe glass.

4. Garnish with three dots of Angostura bitters.
