1. SWEEPSTAKES NAME
Casa Azul Orgánico Tequila x The Hungry Post x ZeyZey Miami Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”).
2. SPONSOR AND ADMINISTRATOR
This Sweepstakes is sponsored by Casa Azul Spirits, LLC, 630 Clinton Place, Beverly Hills, CA 90210 (“Sponsor”).
Administrator: Casa Azul Spirits, LLC.
3. ELIGIBILITY
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the State of Florida who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older as of the date of entry and have a valid U.S. driver’s license or government-issued photo ID. Employees, officers, and directors of Casa Azul Spirits, The Hungry Post, ZeyZey Miami, their affiliates, subsidiaries, wholesalers, distributors, retailers, advertising or promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, sibling, child, or household member) of any of the above are not eligible to enter or win.
4. SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD
The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00:01 PM Eastern Time (“ET”) on October 27, 2025, and ends at 11:59:59 PM ET on October 30, 2025 (“Sweepstakes Period”). All entries must be received by 11:59:59 PM ET on October 30, 2025 to be eligible.
5. HOW TO ENTER
During the Sweepstakes Period:
- Follow @casaazulspirits, @thehungrypost, and @zeyzeymiami on Instagram.
- Locate the official giveaway post on any participating account.
- Comment on the post tagging three (3) friends you’d bring to the event if you win.
Each comment counts as one (1) entry. There is no limit to the number of entries per person, provided that each comment tags different friends. Entrants must use their own public Instagram account.
No purchase or payment necessary to enter or win. Internet access and a valid Instagram account are required. Standard data rates may apply.
Entries that include offensive, infringing, defamatory, or inappropriate content (as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion) will be disqualified.
6. WINNER SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION
On or about October 31, 2025, one (1) potential winner will be randomly selected from all eligible entries received. The potential winner will be notified via Instagram direct message from @casaazulspirits and must respond within 24 hours to confirm eligibility and acceptance of the prize.
If the potential winner fails to respond within the stated time, cannot verify eligibility, or is otherwise disqualified, an alternate winner may be selected at Sponsor’s discretion.
7. PRIZE DETAILS
One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded:
- VIP Experience for four (4) guests to The Hungry Post’s Sunset Party: Día de los Muertos Edition at ZeyZey Miami on November 1, 2025.
- Includes a reserved table for the winner and three (3) guests.
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $500.
Alcohol is not included. Transportation is not provided.
No cash equivalent, substitution, or transfer of prize is permitted, except at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the original prize becomes unavailable.
8. GENERAL CONDITIONS
By entering, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor and Administrator, which are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.

All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Winner is solely responsible for any applicable taxes.
Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who tampers with or attempts to disrupt the entry process, violates these Official Rules, or acts in a disruptive manner.
9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, The Hungry Post, ZeyZey Miami, Meta, Instagram, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents (“Released Parties”) from any and all liability for any injury, loss, or damage of any kind arising from or in connection with participation in the Sweepstakes or the acceptance, possession, or use of any prize.
Released Parties are not responsible for any technical errors, lost or delayed entries, incorrect or inaccurate information, or unauthorized human intervention in the Sweepstakes process.
10. PUBLICITY RELEASE
Except where prohibited, participation constitutes winner’s consent for Sponsor to use winner’s name, likeness, voice, and city of residence for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
11. DISPUTES
All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation, and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of Florida without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules.
Any disputes arising out of this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually and exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Miami-Dade County, Florida.
