Sweet But Sassy

A bold margarita combining bright citrus with rich tamarind and warm orange notes. Toasted coconut salt and dehydrated orange create a tropical, aromatic finish.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Casa Azul Orgánico Tequila Blanco
• 1 oz lime juice
• 1 oz tamarind syrup
• .5 oz orange curaçao
• 3 dashes orange bitters
• .5 oz cane sugar syrup

Method

1. Rim a double rocks glass with toasted coconut salt.

2. Add all ingredients to a cocktail tin.

3. Fill with ice and shake (10–12 seconds).

4. Strain into a double rocks glass over fresh ice.

5. Garnish with a dehydrated orange slice.
