Strawberry Fields Paloma

A fresh and flavorful twist on the classic Paloma, pairing Casa Azul Orgánico Blanco with strawberry purée, lime, and a splash of Topo Chico. Lightly sweet and perfectly effervescent, it delivers a crisp balance of citrus and agave in every sip.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Casa Azul Orgánico Tequila Blanco
• 1.5 oz Strawberry Purée
• .25 oz Cointreau
• .75 oz Lime Juice
• .75 oz Simple Syrup
• Topo Chico Soda Float

Method

1. Add all ingredients except soda to cocktail tin.

2. Fill tins with ice and quick-shake (5–8 seconds).

3. Strain into highball glass over fresh ice and top with Topo Chico.

4. Garnish with a small basil leaf and sliced strawberry.
