1. Sponsor
This promotion is sponsored by Casa Azul Spirits (“Sponsor”).
2. Eligibility
The Casa Azul Spring Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is open only to legal residents of the United States who are at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of entry.
Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or persons living in the same household are not eligible to enter or win.
Void where prohibited by law.
3. Promotion Period
The Giveaway begins on March 25 at 12:00 PM Pacific Time and ends on April 1 at 4:00 PM Pacific Time (“Promotion Period”).
Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter via Instagram:
- Follow @casaazulspirits on Instagram
- Comment “spring” on the designated giveaway post from @casaazulseltzer
- Tag at least one (1) friend in the comments
Each additional tagged friend counts as one (1) additional entry.
Bonus Entries:
Participants may receive three (3) additional entries by sharing the giveaway post to their Instagram Story and tagging @casaazulseltzer.
Limit one (1) initial entry per person, plus bonus entries as described above.
Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or violate Instagram’s terms of service may be disqualified.
5. Winner Selection and Notification
One (1) winner will be selected at random from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period.
The winner will be notified via Instagram direct message from @casaazulseltzer on or about April 1.
The winner must respond within 48 hours to claim the prize. If the winner does not respond within this timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.
Sponsor reserves the right to verify eligibility before awarding the prize.
6. Prize
One (1) winner will receive a Casa Azul merch bundle, which may include:
- Beach tote
- Koozies
- Two (2) hats
- Hoodie
- Pool float
Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $250
Prize is non-transferable and no substitution or cash equivalent will be offered, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.
7. Conditions
By participating, entrants agree to:
- Be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor
- Release and hold harmless Sponsor, Instagram, and their affiliates from any liability arising from participation or acceptance of the prize
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the promotion.
8. Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner grants Sponsor permission to use their name, Instagram handle, and likeness for promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law.
9. Instagram Disclaimer
This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.
By entering, participants release Instagram from any responsibility related to this Giveaway.
10. Privacy
Any personal information collected will be used solely for the administration of the Giveaway and in accordance with Sponsor’s privacy policy.
