Passionante

This tropical and nutty tequila Saturn combines passionfruit, citrus, and orgeat for a rich and vibrant cocktail. A cinnamon finish adds warmth and depth.

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Casa Azul Orgánico Tequila Reposado
• .75 oz Passionfruit Liqueur
• .75 oz orgeat syrup
• 1 oz lemon juice

Method

1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail tin.

2. Fill with ice and shake vigorously (10–12 seconds).

3. Strain into a Collins glass over spear ice.

4. Garnish with an edible flower and a pinch of cinnamon.
