Jamaica Me Crazy
A tropical and sparkling highball layered with hibiscus, ginger, and citrus over Casa Azul Orgánico Blanco. Finished with a bubbly soda float for a refreshing and easy home serve.
Ingredients
• 1.5 oz Casa Azul Orgánico Tequila Blanco
• .5 oz lime juice
• .25 oz pineapple juice
• .75 oz ginger syrup
• .25 oz simple syrup
• 1 oz Jamaica (hibiscus) syrup
• Sparkling mineral water
Method
1. Rim a Collins glass with hibiscus salt.
2. Add all ingredients except sparkling mineral water to a cocktail tin.
3. Fill with ice and shake (10–12 seconds).
4. Strain into a Collins glass over fresh ice.
5. Top with sparkling mineral water and garnish with a dehydrated lime wheel.
