Fraise

This bright and refreshing highball combines Casa Azul Orgánico Blanco with fresh strawberry, lime, and basil for a vibrant and herbaceous cocktail. Finished with sparkling club soda, it’s light, crisp, and perfect for warm-weather sipping.

Ingredients

• 1.5 oz Casa Azul Orgánico Tequila Blanco
• 2.25 oz strawberry purée
• 1 oz lime juice
• Basil leaves
• Strawberry
• Club Soda

Method

1. Muddle basil and strawberry in a cocktail tin.

2. Add remaining ingredients except club soda.

3. Fill with ice and hard shake (10–12 seconds).

4. Strain into a highball glass over fresh ice.

5. Top with club soda and garnish with a strawberry slice and mint sprig.
