Bee Mine

This bright and herbaceous twist on a Bee’s Knees highlights the soft oak and honeyed notes of Casa Azul Orgánico Reposado. Fresh lemon and thyme syrup create a balanced and aromatic cocktail.

Ingredients

• 2 oz Casa Azul Orgánico Tequila Reposado
• 1 oz lemon juice
• .5 oz thyme syrup

Method

1. Add all ingredients to a cocktail tin.

2. Fill with ice and shake (10–12 seconds).

3. Strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass.

4. Garnish with a fresh thyme sprig.
